How to Request This Guarantee

Your request must be submitted within the first 90 days following the receipt of your Sabalash product.

To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

  • Use Sabalash daily according to the instructions provided with the product.

  • Apply the serum continuously, twice a day, for at least 90 consecutive days.

  • Take a photograph of your eyelashes and/or eyebrows before starting the treatment.

  • Take a daily photograph throughout the 90-day period. Each photograph must clearly display the date it was taken.

  • Photographs must be taken under similar lighting conditions, distance, and angle to facilitate an accurate evaluation of progress.

  • Send the photographs daily to WhatsApp at +57 302 257 5468 as evidence of treatment progress.

Why Do We Require Daily Photographs?

Unlike other treatments that are applied once or only a few times per week, Sabalash is a daily-use serum that must be applied twice a day to achieve optimal results. For this reason, daily photographic tracking is necessary to verify consistent product use, accurately evaluate treatment progress, and determine eligibility for the Satisfaction Guarantee.

Important: If daily photographs are not submitted throughout the treatment period, the Satisfaction Guarantee and refund request cannot be validated.

Requirements to Request the Guarantee

If, after reviewing this information, you believe you qualify under our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, please send an email to soporte@sabaskin.co and a message via WhatsApp to +57 302 257 5468 including the following information:

  • Full name.

  • Order number.

  • Date of Sabalash purchase.

  • Treatment start date.

  • Description of your usage routine, including application frequency and treated areas (eyelashes, eyebrows, or both).

  • The initial photograph taken before beginning the treatment.

  • The complete daily photographic record covering the 90 consecutive days of product use.

  • All images must display a visible date and time stamp from your device's native camera or gallery application.

Request Evaluation

  • All requests must be submitted within the first 90 days after receiving the product.

  • Incomplete requests, illegible information, or requests that do not meet the established requirements cannot be approved.

  • Our team will conduct a detailed review to verify compliance with the usage protocol and the submitted documentation.

  • The estimated response time is up to fifteen (15) business days from the date the complete request is received.

Refund

If, after 90 days of continuous use, following the product instructions exactly and meeting all requirements outlined in this policy, no visible improvement in the appearance, length, or density of the eyelashes and/or eyebrows is observed, SabaSkin will issue a refund equal to the amount paid for Sabalash at the time of purchase.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase or through another method agreed upon by both parties.

SabaSkin reserves the right to reject requests where there is evidence of non-compliance with product instructions, alteration of submitted information, manipulation of photographic evidence, or failure to comply with any of the conditions outlined in this policy.
