Refund policy

At SabaSkin, we strive to provide products of the highest quality and a satisfactory shopping experience. Before making a purchase, we recommend carefully reviewing the following terms and conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you received a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping.

  • Manufacturing defective.

  • Different from the product you ordered.

You must contact us within the first 48 hours after delivery of your order by providing photographic evidence of the received product, its packaging, and the shipping label via email at soporte@sabaskin.co or through WhatsApp at +57 302 257 5468.

Our team will evaluate the case and, if approved, will replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.

Refunds

SabaSkin does not provide refunds for change of mind, purchasing mistakes, personal expectations regarding the product, or a customer's voluntary decision not to use it.

Cosmetic and personal care products sold by SabaSkin are not eligible for return once they have been delivered to the customer, except in cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

Sabalash Satisfaction Guarantee

The only exception to this policy is the Sabalash Satisfaction Guarantee.

Customers who have used Sabalash for ninety (90) consecutive days, strictly following the usage instructions, applying the product twice daily, and meeting all requirements outlined in the Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, may request an evaluation of their case if they believe they did not achieve visible results.

A request may only be submitted after completing the ninety (90) consecutive days of treatment and within the timeframe established in the Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

Requests that do not meet all required conditions, including the daily photographic progress tracking submitted to the official SabaSkin WhatsApp account, will not be eligible for a refund.
